• Lawyer Wang Xin'an obtained his Patent Attorney qualification in 2011 and Lawyer qualification in 2012. He has many years of experience in intellectual property law, with solid technical expertise and intellectual property management experience, specializing in technical fields including display semiconductors, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, optomechatronics, Internet of Things, etc.

• He has rich experience in patent portfolio layout, quality control, intelligence analysis, risk management and control, and value operation. He was among the earliest practitioners engaged in patent operation research in China, with an in-depth understanding of intellectual property application strategy formulation, management system establishment, and patent transformation and utilization.

• Conducted due diligence for the investment project of China’s first patent operation fund, and carried out patent operation project development, channel exploration and capacity building; patents identified in a certain field are expected to generate tens of millions of RMB in patent licensing fees.

• Established a standardized process and online management system for supporting business marketing patent demands for a large group company, which has run smoothly for 4 years, supporting thousands of projects involving thousands of patents and tens of billions of RMB in project value.

• Led the application, construction and operation of a national-level industrial intellectual property operation center; established China’s first AI industry patent pool to guide the industry in exploring paths to realize AI patent value. Initiated and founded China’s first quantum computing industry intellectual property alliance and patent pool, and served as Secretary-General of the alliance.
