Beijing Zhenghuan Intellectual Property Agency (General Partnership) was established on January 27, 2021 with the approval of the Haidian District Administration for Market Regulation of Beijing, and obtained the Patent Agency Practice License from the China National Intellectual Property Administration on March 23, 2021 (Agency Code: 11979).
Beijing Huanrun Law Firm was established on May 27, 2021 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, and obtained the Patent Agency Practice License from the China National Intellectual Property Administration on August 30, 2021 (Agency Code: 16036).
Zhenghuan & Huanrun was founded by a group of senior intellectual property professionals. Its founding partners, Li Yang (communications field) and Yu Baoqing (chemistry field), began their careers in intellectual property in 2003 and 2002 respectively. They have handled a vast variety of IP matters for hundreds of domestic and foreign clients in their respective fields, and accumulated extensive experience in case handling and management.
