On May 28–29, 2025, the CATL 2025 Intellectual Property Ecosystem Conference, themed “Open Collaboration, Smart Future”, was held in Ningde. Partners Li Yang and Yu Baoqing of our firm were invited to attend the conference.

The conference centered on the core theme of jointly building an intellectual property ecosystem. Many industry elites, experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives gathered to discuss industry development trends and explore new paths for IP value to empower industries. Through in-depth exchanges on hot topics including IP ecosystem construction, IP value transformation, and IP protection, participants explored cutting-edge trends from a forward-looking perspective. Mr. Zhang Yongning, Secretary of the Ningde Municipal Party Committee, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Mr. Zeng Yuqun, Founder and Chairman of CATL, as the host, also addressed the conference. Mr. Tian Lipu, former Director of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, also attended the event.
